Sam enjoys an outstanding record of success, driving multimillion dollar projects in road construction, sewers, lift stations, water reclamation, water distribution systems, storm drains and trench drains, gas and oil pipeline installation, drilling pad construction and other areas salient to AES initiatives. He has twenty plus years of experience leading various construction projects, and supervising teams to meet deadlines and profit goals. Sam has specialized skills in heavy construction relating to the oil and gas industries, with a strong command of multiple phase projects for municipalities, state & local government, as well as EPA, NMDOT, KDOT, ADOT, and sub-contractors. He has worked on notable projects such as the chlorinate spill plume superfund site in Grants, NM, sewer line and septic tank rehabilitation for Great Sand Dunes, Mosca, Colorado, the Chaco Canyon Propane line rehab, Chaco Canyon, the Vadito De Los Cerrillos Waterline and Tank in Cerrillos, NM and various I-25, I-35 and I-40 projects in Arizona, Colorado, Kansasa, Nebraska and New Mexico.
