Douglas provides project management, analysis, review, risk assessment, estimation, budget forecasting, problem solving, solution implementation, project and progress summaries, document and report preparation, and a final cost-budget analysis. Discuss and detail regulatory concerns with commercial, industrial, governmental and regulatory officials. Before this, he served Rod Rodriguez, Inc. as liaison for Department of Defense, regarding associated contractual activities on Kirtland AFB. Communicate regulatory and procedural concerns with contractual, government and regulatory concerns. Review, implement and ensure compliance with all applicable AF Technical Orders. As a Project Manager for Perma-Fix of New Mexico, Douglas managed environmental services and spill response activities on a daily basis for a US Air Force firm fixed environmental contract. This included preparation of project summaries and reports and providing classification, packaging, documentation, marking, labeling and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Douglas also worked for several firms in the travel arena, with duties that included supervision, personnel decisions, training, weekly remittances, accounts payable and receivable, customer and supplier relations, marketing and advertising and the general functions of a travel consultant. Douglas received his B.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of North Dakota, and holds a wide range of certifications in AES’s core business areas.
